Sleeping Beauty’s Overnight Beauty Tips

As the Winter Season is coming upon us rather quickly, it is easy to resign ourselves to how easily and quickly the cold temperatures and harsh wind erases all signs that the wonderful Summer bestowed upon us.  Instead of sitting inside, waiting ever-so-patiently for the long sunny days to return, check out Sleeping Beauty’s simple overnight tips to keep your skin looking fresh and healthy!

1.) De-puff
If you constantly wake up with puffy, swollen eyes, try these essential oils for some healthy, healing remedies: Rub some Lavender and/or Frankincense under your eyes. Top with the Wolfberry Eye Cream for added benefit, skin tightening and to help seal in the oils!  But take note: A little bit goes a looooong way!!!

​​2 .) Prevent wrinkles
Sleep deprived mothers take note: Gentle Baby works to help reduce wrinkles! FrankincenseLavender3 Wise MenCopaiba and Geranium are also great oils for keeping your skin look fresh and wrinkle free.  After you have used your A-R-T Gentle Foaming Cleanser, rub these oils over your entire face (you can apply them neat, or dilute them if your skin is sensitive). ​​3 .) Brighten
If your skin is looking dull because it’s suffering from lack of summery sunshine try Lemon Essential Oil!  Massage onto face and let it work it’s magic!

​​4.) Lengthen lashes
Give your lovely lashes some good lovin’ with a natural lash lengthening treatment. Jojoba Oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, B-complex vitamins, silicon, chromium, copper, vitamin E and zinc. It also contains iodine, which helps fight infection, which makes Jojoba oil a GREAT choice for caring for your lashes.

In a bottle (0r a 10 ml roll on bottle) Combine:
2tsp of Jojoba Oil
1 drop of Lavender (nourishes your lashes and follicles)
1 drop of Lemon (enhance the oil’s cleansing and stimulating properties)

​Shake to combine and apply every evening after washing your face and removing all of your eye makeup! ​

​​​5.) Moisturize
The Winter season is harsh on your skin, but you don’t have to let it leave you feeling dry and chapped!  Take heart, my friends…there is help!
